MCL T20 Franchise Expression of Interest (EOI) Form

Terms & Conditions

1. Submission of this EOI only indicates interest and shall not be treated as an offer or acceptance of franchise rights.

2. The applicant must provide authentic and verifiable information. Any false or misleading details will lead to rejection.

3. The final selection of franchisees will be based on eligibility, financial stability, business experience, and alignment with MCL’s vision.

4. The Management Committee reserves the right to reject any EOI without assigning reasons.

5. Bidding for a franchise will start from ₹1,00,00,000 (Rupees One Crore only). Applicants must ensure their financial capability to meet or exceed this minimum threshold.

6. Each applicant is required to submit a minimum payment of ₹35,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Lakhs only) along with this Expression of Interest (“EOI”).

i) The said amount shall be treated as an earnest deposit and will be adjusted against the final bid value in the event the applicant is confirmed as a successful bidder.

ii) In case the applicant is not confirmed as a successful bidder, the aforesaid deposit shall be refunded in full, without any deduction, within the stipulated time frame prescribed by the Management Committee.

iii) No interest shall be payable on the deposit amount under any circumstances.

iv) The payment shall be made in favor of Mentor & Mascot Indian Film Federation through Cheque/Bank Draft/NEFT/RTGS/Online Transfer as per the following details: Account Name: Mentor & Mascot Indian Film Federation | Bank Name: Bank of Baroda | Account Number: 29040200005489 | IFSC Code: BARB0TRADPAT (Fifth digit is ZERO).

v) In case of payment made through Cheque, the EOI submission shall be deemed valid only upon successful clearance/realization of the Cheque.

vi) Applicants are required to submit proof of payment (Cheque copy/UTR number/Transaction receipt) along with the EOI form for verification and record purposes.

7. Franchise fee, operational costs, and revenue-sharing structure will be communicated only to shortlisted applicants.

8. All franchisees must comply with MCL’s Code of Conduct, branding guidelines, and event regulations.

9. The franchise rights, once allotted, will be non-transferable without prior written approval of the Management Committee.

10. Disputes, if any, will be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, and jurisdiction will lie with courts in New Delhi only.

11. Timelines,  obligations, and deliverables will be shared in the Franchise Agreement,  which will override the general terms in this EOI.

12. By  signing this EOI, the applicant agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions.

13. In the event that the applicant is confirmed as a successful bidder but subsequently withdraws, fails to honor obligations, or defaults on the terms of participation, the deposited   amount shall stand forfeited without any recourse or refund.

14. All information provided by the Management Committee shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed without prior written consent.
