• The IISA – Indian Innovative Startups Awards & Conference is an initiative organized by the Mentor & Mascot Indian Film Federation (MMIFF). All event-related activities, announcements, recognitions, participation processes, and results are conducted strictly as per MMIFF’s internal protocols, jury evaluations, and organizational guidelines.

2) No Investment, Funding, or Financial Advice

IISA 2026 is not an investor meet, venture capital forum, pitching event, or funding marketplace.

• No financial guarantees, investment opportunities, or funding commitments are offered or implied.
• MMIFF, IISA, and its partners do not provide financial, legal, or business advice.
• Participants must rely on their own judgment for business decisions.

3) Awards & Selection Process

• Award categories, criteria, jury decisions, and evaluation methods are determined solely by MMIFF and the appointed jury panel.
• Jury decisions are final, non-contestable, and non-negotiable.
• Participation does not guarantee nomination, shortlisting, or award recognition.

4) Accuracy of Information Submitted by Participants

• All data, documents, and claims submitted by applicants/participants are assumed to be authentic and accurate.
• MMIFF and IISA are not liable for any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by participants.

5) Branding, Media, & Publicity Rights

• MMIFF reserves the right to use event images, videos, brand names, logos (as permitted), and participant details for event promotions, media coverage, and archival purpose.
• Participation in the event constitutes consent for photography, videography, and media usage.

6) Sponsor & Partner Disclaimer

• Sponsorship packages, benefits, and deliverables are subject to the final event plan, venue approvals, schedule, and operational feasibility.
• MMIFF shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss incurred by sponsors.
• Sponsorship does not influence jury decisions or award outcomes in any manner.

7) Event Modifications & Cancellations

• MMIFF reserves the absolute right to modify event dates, schedules, venue, format, deliverables, or program flow due to unavoidable circumstances including technical issues, regulatory changes, safety concerns, natural events, or force majeure.
• In case of cancellation or date change, the organization is not liable for any personal, commercial, or financial loss incurred by any party.

8) Third-Party Speakers, Guests & Opinions

• Views expressed by speakers, panelists, guest experts, or attendees are their personal opinions and do not represent the views, policy, stance, or endorsement of MMIFF or IISA.
• MMIFF is not responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, or consequences of any advice, data, statement, or claim made by any external speaker or guest.

9) Safety, Conduct & Participation

• All participants, viewers, and guests are expected to behave responsibly and adhere to venue guidelines.
• MMIFF is not liable for personal belongings, travel arrangements, health issues, or any unforeseen incident during the event.

10) Legal Jurisdiction

• All disputes related to IISA shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
• MMIFF reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in case of misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of event rules.
