Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Founder Noida Film City, Uttar Pradesh
Dr. Sandeep Marwah is a highly distinguished individual with an extensive and impressive record of achievements. He holds nine world records and is the founder of Noida Film City and Marwah Studios. As the founder President of AAFT (Asian Academy of Film and Television), one of the top ten film schools globally, Dr. Marwah has made significant contributions to the world of media and entertainment.
He is known for producing the largest number of short films in the world and has been associated with numerous feature films, television programs, and amateur training films. Dr. Marwah has been honored with more than 1,000 national and 230 international awards for his creative arts contributions.
With a remarkable academic distinction, Dr. Marwah holds 20 honorary doctorates and serves as the chairperson of 127 national and international organizations. He has trained over 30,000 media students from 145 countries. As a global cultural ambassador, Dr. Marwah is actively involved in more than 100 national and international media and social organizations. He is currently the Chancellor of AAFT University of Media and Arts.
Dr. Marwah’s influential role in India’s media sector is further emphasized by his nomination as the National Chairman for the Media & Entertainment Committee in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. He also serves on the boards of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Skill Development, Government of India, and is a member of the Managing Committee of the Media & Entertainment Skills Council of NSDC.
Internationally, Dr. Marwah has been nominated as a cultural representative by 69 governments across Asia, Africa, America, and Europe, further cementing his role as a leading figure in the global media and cultural landscape. He is also the esteemed Patron of the Mentor & Mascot Indian Film Federation (MMIFF), where his leadership and influence continue to shape the future of Indian cinema and the global media industry.

Jitender Sharma is a distinguished leader whose career spans over two decades, marked by a blend of creative prowess, entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to social causes. He currently serves as the Chairperson of the Mentor and Mascot Indian Film Federation (MMIFF), and as the Founder of Mango Digi TV, Managing Director of Mentor & Mascot Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. , shaping the direction of both the film and entertainment industries in India.
Throughout his illustrious 23-year journey, Jitender has proven to be more than just a name in the entertainment world. His role as a investor, writer, director, and producer is complemented by his strategic acumen in business, consultancy, and finance. His leadership has paved the way for groundbreaking innovation in film distribution, marketing, and corporate strategy, with a deep focus on ethical advocacy and social responsibility.
Beyond his contributions to cinema, Jitender has expanded his expertise into various sectors, including telecom, real estate, banking, and finance, establishing himself as a versatile entrepreneur. His keen eye for business strategy and market dynamics has led to successful ventures and partnerships that extend far beyond entertainment.
